Questions about AZURA
How can I cancel my reservation?
Contact our customer service via email at info@yachtco.net. We will assist you immediately.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit for AZURA is 9.000 €. It is refundable: you leave it at the base at check-in — usually as a credit-card pre-authorisation or in cash — and it is returned at check-out if the boat comes back undamaged.
What licences do I need to rent AZURA?
For a bareboat charter you need a skipper licence recognised in Croatia and a VHF radio certificate. The charter company checks both at check-in — there is no licence check when you book online. No licence? Add our skipper in the extras below: priced by the week, plus their food on board.
What additional costs should I expect?
Obligatory extras are listed on this page and are paid before arrival or at the base, as marked. On top of the charter price, budget for mooring fees outside your home marina, fuel and provisioning. The refundable security deposit is separate and is returned after check-out.
When do I check in and check out?
Check-in for AZURA is from 17:00 on the day your charter starts, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day it ends. The charter company’s rule for this base: “Embarkation is from 17h / 5pm. Departure is the following morning after the yacht briefing.”
Who operates AZURA?
AZURA is owned and operated by Dream Yacht Charter, an independent charter company with 680 boats in our catalogue. We act as your charter agent: you book and pay through us, and Dream Yacht Charter hands the boat over at the base.
