How can I cancel my reservation?

What is the security deposit?
The security deposit for Hygge is 3.000 €. It is refundable: you leave it at the base at check-in — usually as a credit-card pre-authorisation or in cash — and it is returned at check-out if the boat comes back undamaged.
What licences do I need to rent Hygge?
For a bareboat charter you need a skipper licence recognised in Croatia and a VHF radio certificate. The charter company checks both at check-in — there is no licence check when you book online. No licence? Add our skipper in the extras below: priced by the week, plus their food on board.
What additional costs should I expect?
Obligatory extras are listed on this page and are paid before arrival or at the base, as marked. On top of the charter price, budget for mooring fees outside your home marina, fuel and provisioning. The refundable security deposit is separate and is returned after check-out.
When do I check in and check out?
Check-in for Hygge is from 17:00 on the day your charter starts, and check-out is by 08:00 on the day it ends. The charter company’s rule for this base: “Crew must be back at Club Nàutic Arenal by 5:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.”
